Spitz - Minneapolis

This became one of my favorite spots after a few bites. The food is simply great and the portion sizes are pretty large. Having spent a year in Berlin, the döners are not necessarily representative of a typical Berliner döner. They are more Americanized and adjusted for local tastes. Fries were fantastic, many great sauces, hummus was great. I look forward to coming back and dining in when possible!

I often take my friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I visit this place often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the food there is great and the crew is generous and cooperative. Every time we eat in this place we have a cheerful evening. highly recommended.

The food was Amazing! The pomegranate sangria delicious. If you have never been here its a little awkward. You grab a menu and order at the bar. There is a cart for water and I think silverware etc. Another cart full of games. No signs to explain anything and staff was enjoying hanging out with one another but the food so delicious. We had loaded fries with lamb meat and these fried pita things. Yum! Good thing my friend had been here before because I would of walked out and missed the great food.

Stopped here for a quick bite and was SHOCKED how delicious the food was. My husband and I were still talking about it a week later. I was especially impressed with their tzatziki sauce - so flavorful!

Awesome small menu with surprisingly large portions making it not only super reasonably priced...but also easy to pick a dish that is going to blow your mind. Plenty of protein options to boot. Sangarias are a 10/10...cheap...and pro tip half off on Tuesday game nights. Service was quick...friendly...and attentive. Decor is SUPER chill (Prince mural says it all). Give this place a chance...you won't regret it!
