This is by far MY FAVORITE PLACE for Mexican eats. Here they "clean" their meats (like i do @ Btown-BBQ). Which means they take out the tendons/fat that is attached to every peice of meat. They take the time to eliminate the "schmeckus". Which is huge in my book. The flavorz are authentic. Tastes of deep southern mexico. Where there are other influences on the food. Other spices are present. And you know what. I DIG IT! Tortillas are homemade and made that day. That is very apparent. How pliable they are! And you can taste the freshness! Best corn tortillas in the twin cities! You have to appreciate the places that take pride in what they do. And i have found EXACTLY that here. This is a MUST TRY, if you call your self a fan of Mexican foods. Try it and put it up against your local joint? Tell me how it stacks up. Btw.
