    Best birria tacos in MN! The staff is very nice. There is a bit of a wait but it’s very worth it.

    This review is for the food truck location next to the wedge co-op:

    A few days ago, I had the best tacos I've ever had, or at least not a long time since I've then in Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona! today I went over there, and head the juiciest quesadilla to ever bless my taste buds!

    the service was fast, and the staff is very charismatic and friendly! And they also know very friendly people!

    don't waste your time with places like taco cat which is watered-down Tex-Mex. Get genuine, authentic Mexican food made for the people by the people!

    The best tacos in MN, hands down. I’m from CA and have been on the hunt for good, flavorful tacos for the 6 years I’ve lived here. The meat itself is just so flavorful, and there’s no substitute for that. Order the tacos birria, fried and with cheese. You will not be disappointed.

    The tacos are amazing here!! And their service is excellent! It was our first time and they were so helpful with the menu and making sure we get our food and everything else as soon as possible. It was a busy Saturday when we went, and they were so on top of cleaning tables for everyone coming in.
