Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ok, I waited 40 minutes today as well. Stuff happens and they were understaffed (maybe someone quit). Other than today place has been awesome. Stop giving those people a hard time, it happens. If you want perfect every time eat at home. People there were very apologetic, what else do you want them to do. Drive up window is very convenient btw, good call. So calm the F&ck down Karen!

Friendly staff, good service and nice location. Definitely excited to have a chipotle just down the street from home!

I know this location is new and there’s probably a bit of a training curve, so I don’t want to give a harsh review. But both times I’ve been here in the past few weeks, I’ve ordered certain ingredients “light” and get home to find that they’re pretty much the normal portion, if not more. For example, both times I’ve ordered light sour cream, and by the time I get home a few minutes later and open it, it’s basically been like cold sour cream soup. I mean everything is absolutely drenched in sour cream to where I’m curious as to what a normal portion actually is. It’s also happened with other ingredients that I’ve ordered light.

All in all that’s my only complaint, I think this is going to be an excellent location!! I’m sure plenty of people would be thrilled to find extra portions in their order (just not when I’m trying to drop some pounds, haha)

Expertly made burrito and burrito bowls. The chicken was cooked perfectly for my burrito and came with good portion sizes. The drive through window was great for during the COVID shutdown, I will definitely be looking to see how the quality holds up as the location gets more traffic.
