Gold Nugget Tavern & Grille

It had been a lot of years since we went to Gold Nugget, but so happy we made it back. Definitely not the old dive, but the food reminded me of the past. Great burgers and fries. Only thing I missed was the frosty beer mugs.

Was super busy so we had to sit at the bar or wait 20 mins. I would have waited but was way to hungry to do so. I would make a reservation for sure.

Everything was good, the kabobs (steak) could have been better quality meat, was chewy. Sauce with it was good though. Fries were amazing and they give you a lot!

Love the menu!! Things I haven't seen offered (all in one place) for years! Fabulous wait staff.. Kitchen didn't miss a beat on perfectly prepared and presented entrees. Interesting and usual bar menu.

The food was great, the staff not so much. We arrived during a football game. It wasn't very busy, but multiple customers requested either game audio or captions which we would have liked too. The Bartender just outright ignored them. He made eye contact with us but still took nearly half an hour to take our food and drink orders. The second bartender seemed more interested in the baseball game and his section than what was going on.
