I stopped in on Friday October 19th around 3pm. It was busy and there was a line. Kids were out of school this day.
The cashier was friendly but the young lady responsible for making the smoothies was a bit flustered and irritated. I'm thinking due to the pressure of having to complete so many orders.
Maybe additional training to assist her in how to respond when things get really busy?
My son ordered a breakfast sandwich. He said the egg in the wrap was cold. He ended up throwing it away. I would have gone back to let them know but I didn't want to deal with any additional attitude. -
