(October 1, 2019, 10:00 pm)EDIT: Caribou immediately reached out to me to inquire about my experience and has provided excellent customer service keeping my coffee business and loyalty still strongly to the Bou.
This is a very unfortunate cup of coffee which is not typical of this location. I did an order pick up and it was ready in time, but my large (minus one sip to taste) is barely a medium sized and tastes terrible. There is hardly any pumpkin spice flavor or coffee flavor. It’s basically steamed milk with a dusting of spices. At almost $6, I don’t regularly stop for a Caribou and I’m now sadly hesitant to come back to this location. The two stars are for the ease of pick up. -
