My family really enjoyed the attentive and friendly service and the food on a busy Easter Sunday. The food is quite authentic, rich in flavors and spices and tasted wonderful. It’s quite special to have a fully vegetarian restaurant, especially in my neighborhood. The buffet was a great way to try a lot of new things. The atmosphere is very family friendly and the staff were excited to answer any of our questions.
We stopped for lunch. The service was excellent, and we were served in a timely manner. I went with my Indian friend and she helped me with the menu since I am new to the Indian cuisine and I just know the basic dishes. Menu does not have pictures, so it was not easy to decide what to order. Food tasted authentic and really good. The location is very easy to reach right off hwy 55. Plenty of tables and seating.
Amazing new Indian Vegetarian restaurant in Plymouth! Please try this restaurant! Food was great and so was the ambience. I wish they had buffet to try, may be it is in their plans in future. Happy to have tried food here, would visit again!
Finally a Indian vegetarian restaurant!! I am strict veggie and felt insecure eating at Indian restaurants that serve meat dishes too. Thanks to Nala's i can be relaxed while not wondering if they used the same wok to cook my chilli paneer lol. Anyways, the food is really good. But i think they excel in south indian delicasies. North indian options dont taste as good as their south Indian counterparts. For example they have awesome dosas and tiffins where as their mutter paneer wasnt as good. But still overall a great place to dine. I really hope they maintain this standard.
Little Edit: They seriously need to work on their service quality. Food's good but bad service makes the experience fowl. reducing 1 star for that.
The most authentic Tamil food experience in the twin cities.
I was super excited to try this place because it’s the first Indian vegetarian place in the city and it did not disappoint.
The ambience reminds you of traditional Indian restaurants as well. I had the rava onion dosa, paneer pakora, an idly, vada,Pongal, kesari combo and a Gajar halwa. The dosa was superb. The combo was very good and the chutneys and sambhar were fresh. Usually, Indian restaurants give you refrigerated chutney and sambar but this was fresh.
Overall, I really relished my experience and I will definitely keep going back. I will try some of the North Indian entrees next time and see if they are as good.
