Noodles and Company

I don’t understand how every time we eat here they get our order wrong. Today we went and were joking about it and of course both our orders came out with no protein, simultaneously 4/5 customer had a problem with their order. I

The food is great. I would have given 5 stars if the wan at the register would have been a little more helpful and courteous. It as my first time there and she was so bland and ordering was a little confusing. I'm really not sure I would go back.

They ran out of rice noodles?!? So I couldn't get the pad Thai I ordered. Would have been a 5 star review. Cooperative staff!

Appears to be way understaffed. Waits for food were super long for everyone. Plates and bowls were stacked a mile high at the trash can. Upside the food was excellent, the lady at the register was top notch.

We like going to Noodles because the food is good and everyone can get what they want. My son loves the spaghetti and meatballs. I like the Japanese Pan Noodles. My wife likes the zoodles. Meat eater or vegan, there is something on the menu. For the little ones, there is mac and cheese.
