    Haven't been to a potbelly in a while. Ambience and feel of the place was a clean and friendly. A national chain trying to be local, with a Applebee's style. Staff was friendly and made good recommendations. Sandwiches were small and not very good, unfortunately. I had the Italian and my dad had the meatball. We both had the same complaint: they were dry.

    I had received an incorrect order via DoorDash and the store noticed this, called me an sent their own driver to bring my lunch to me. It means so much to see this kind of customer service when a gal can't get away from her desk. Anna helped me and she is the best! Ty!!

    WOW! Never have I received such fine service from a sandwich shop. Gabe and Lindsay welcomed me in with a smile, got our orders done fast and timely. These are the folks that can make a business thrive and stand out from the competition.
