Fun little throw back. The burgers were good. The fires, onion rings and coleslaw were good old fashion tasty. I will be going back to try the chicken. I dislike root beer, but theirs is amazing. There is a nice area in the back to sit and eat, and a path to take a walk after dining.

Thursday night is Hot Rod night. They have a special price on the (Hot Rod special) food is great with a wide menu and a lot of Classic Cars/Hot Rods. You don't need to bring a Classic Car or Hot Rod to enjoy the show you can park in the lot across the street from the Drive in and come on over. There are picnic tables and room to walk around looking at cool cars. ????

The malts were just 'OK'. If you like a soft served ice cream malt made with no love by a bunch of kids. We had 3 different flavored malts and they all pretty much tasted the same. No actual fruit in the raspberry and banana malts. Or so it appeared. Maybe just flavoring? Can't speak to the food as the 6 of us only had malts. I guess when I have a malt, I compare it to the 50's Grill in Brooklyn Center. Get a malt at each of these places and you'll understand this review in full. Not trying to be too hard on these guys, but way to expensive for what they are serving.

Our first time there. Was fun do drive in just for the nostalgia. It is a real throw back to another time. The food is solid. Very good drive-in food. Couple little improvements with ingredients, preparation methods and flavor enhancements would make them a 5 star drive-in. Service is fast and friendly. Hand made root beer is delicious. The California Burger and double cheese burgers we tried were very good. Love home made onion rings. We will be going back to try the chicken dinner special. Nice to have the pick nick tables there if your car or truck are too high. Walk in orders and drive-through available.
