Dover Restaurant & Bar

To be fair this is hotel food. With that being said it is good hotel food. The prices and portions are in line with what you can expect at a hotel which makes the value/experience a 3. However the quality of the food is a 4 so that's what I rated it. The biggest issue this restaurant has is all the competition in the area. Because it's located on the west end there are many other options where a better value can be obtained. However if higher price points and smaller food portions are not a pain spot for you and you want to avoid large crowds/waits, leaving your room or the building this food is definitely a decent choice.

I was at the hotel for an evening conference but am following a diet so I thought I'd be better off ordering from the restaurant than eating what was offered. My meal was pleasant but nothing special. I thought it rather over priced for what it was. My steak was tender but had several areas that were pure gristle and I could not eat. My server was friendly & helpful when asked but less attentive than I would have liked and I had to request my empty water glass be refilled twice.
