Service was exceptional and the staff attentive and friendly. Special order pizza was out in 2 min- nice job.

Atmosphere is very focused on the arcade and families with kids which is fine, but could lift it a but by making it feel more adult as well.

Food was mediocre. It's a pizza buffet, so the pizza is luke warm, but the made to order pizzas are better than average. The chicken however might have been the worst chicken I've ever eaten: greasy, soggy and looked under cooked. I felt sick after eating the chicken. The dessert pizzas were better than average (highlight and would come back for this only). Soft serve machine is a nice touch, but no toppings?

The food was much better than the first time we were here. The chicken is still delicious , but the pizza sauce is much better. The first time we were there it was very salty, we could hardly eat it. This time, it was delicious. Pizzas were fresh. Service was quick to pick up dirty plates. Much better.

Awesome awesome awesome place highly recommend for singles for couples for the elderly for families with young kids for families with old kids gaming area, looked like a lot of fun for all ages of kids. It is inside the restaurant but in a separate corridor and while you’re dining, you cannot hear the arcade or they have a nice subtle universal music in the background very low non-disruptive there color scheme is sensory friendly there, atmosphere is sensory friendly, the whole atmosphere sensory friendly I highly recommend it to all kinds of families families who have kids with autism families who have children with disabilities. They have low tables, wide, isles, high tables, narrow isles. There are so many options at this place that every single family/person/people would easily be able to go here and eat for amazing prices. It’s just the perfect pricing for the quality of the food which was great. The staff was nice. They cleared our dirty plates timely I don’t have any negative thing to say about this place getting in was easy getting out was easy parking was easy although spaces are minimal but that probably keeps the crowd to a perfect amount when you’re dining for a nice experience! Will be back a lot for all different occasions that being said, they also have two party rooms I would say the party rooms probably fit about 20 people and they’re in a nice spot of the restaurant so not to disturb people dining as well. It’s an open sort of floor plan with proper segregation so you feel comfortable and cozy and not so on display but it’s also very open so you don’t feel claustrophobic or out of the loop segregation. There are large televisions on each wall which displays live video feed of the arcade .

It was a little busy and hard to find a spot to sit but that's because we went at lunch time. I liked the pizza and each time I went up there was a new kind out. The salad bar was great and had a lot of options. They were good about getting finished plates out of the way. Lots of high chairs and booster seats available for the little ones, also cool that under two eats for free. They had an arcade too, I didn't check it out but you can see views of it on the tvs, I'm guessing so parents can see their kids.

Wanted to love it, but they need to work a bit on getting new pizza out on the buffet. The place was quite busy, and with their new set up, people can only approach the buffet from one side. We were disappointed with the pizza selection and it didn't change that much during our time there. Otherwise, it's what you've come to expect at Pizza Ranch. Great pizza and chicken!
