Wendy's

Food was decent. The service was to slow. The store should not be short staffed on a Saturday night during dinner rush. After I had requested no salt on the fries, the whole order was sitting on counter waiting for the sandwich, fries became like warm and tasted like the oil in fryers was not changed. I work for your competitors. It's unacceptable.

Had the best Jr cheese burger deluxe was so fresh juicy & hot!!

Food was good (standard Wendy's), but the service at this location was perhaps the slowest I've ever experienced at a "fast food" chain.

Dawn was are order taker inside dining, she was friendly, helpful, smiled, great customer service by her. We did have a issue with the lady manager being very loud wanting to know who put lemonade back into the machine and continued to talk loud and discussed inappropriate discussion, ( she said some remarks about pot & had a discussion with coworkers all standing there talking about it and gosh knows what else because I looked at Dawn and said "How Terrible that was to hear out of a managers mouth, that maybe they should take her name tag off as manager and put on Dawn's shirt" I couldn't believe it.
But the food was ok they were getting ready to close dining room we had twenty minutes to hurry and eat.

I have been working at this restaurant now for about 1 month. I enjoy my job. The food is good. As a team from GM down to crew from what I see as a new crew member, we are doing our best to make this a better place. We have new high quality employees now, and training correctly is the goal. We badly need more high quality people. We are doing our best now. I am a crew member, but this is my perspective.
