    When we arrived at the hotel 12/23-12/24, There was an issue with one of our joined rooms. The manager was fast acting and made sure everything was taken care of and quickly got us moved into new rooms. Highly recommend the timberlake
    The staff is wonderful and the rooms are comfortable to stay in!

    They have an incredible apartment suite you can rent for even just 1 night! We stayed over the holidays with our family and were super happy with our experience. Clean rooms, the kitchen in the apartment suite is even set up with dishes to use. Great, friendly staff! And not to mention the pool area is immaculate!

    The room was beautiful and spacious! All of the staff were very friendly, and the food at the restaurant was delicious! The breakfast had a nice spread also! I would definitely recommend and will stay here again the next time we are in Grand Rapids!

    Love this place! The front desk is so helpful and positive. The pool area is great. The rooms are spacious. The towels are soooo fluffy! The price is very reasonable for the area. The restaurant is nice although we were a little disappointed with the wait and temperature of the food, but there were several large groups when we were there.

    This is now one of my favorite hotels. The bed was so comfortable and the room was very nice. I ordered a rueben sandwich for dinner with sweet potato fries. The sandwich had a lot of meat on it. The breakfast that they provided in the morning was the best!! There was so much to choose from! I would definitely recommend this hotel. I absolutely will be going back next year when I'm up there again.
