Wizard's Bar & Grill

This is the main social place for the town of Nashwauk. That means it's busy, a good vibe, and good and cheap food. Not grungy at all but a solid establishment. Service was good but they didn't have enough servers so food and drinks took a long time to come.

The burger baskets are wonderful and for only like 2 or 3 more dollars than a burger meal at McDonalds and This is actual meat not soy like theirs! The stuffed hashbrowns are huge! Like two meals in one!! It's too bad these places don't have live music anymore like they used to! Wizards could be rockin. I know alot of people that would actually just stop by there for music 🎶, food, and a beer!! But I rarely give a positive rating! We need music, tho. lol, either way, foods great!

The food is very good for the price. The cheese burger I had was well cooked and the fries were crispy and plentiful. A friend ordered the Wizard omelette. That thing was huge! He had to take half of it home. He said it was very good as well. The only thing was that the decor was typical bar and grill and didn't really fit the name"Wizards." Certainly not an issue, just thought it was funny. Definitely a great place to eat if you're in the area.

Kind of a hidden gem in the northland! It's not fancy, but it is a great spot for a bite to eat if you're heading "North of Nashwauk"! We've never had bad service or less than great tasting food from Wizards.

I stopped here for breakfast with my dad and brother. I ordered stuffed hashbrowns. They were delicious. My brother order the breakfast burrito. It was good size burrito and he really liked it.

The wait staff were friendly and appropriately attentive.

Next time I'm passing through again, I will definitely be stopping in again.
