    Hi-Lo catered my wedding in the Okoboji area- they were very professional and accommodating throughout the entire process - even during all changes and updates with COVID. Communication was frequent and responsive through email. On the day of, Nadine and her staff were very helpful, energetic, and served us graciously. They were prepared ahead of schedule and served us large servings of perfectly prepared food. I can’t think of any way it could’ve been better. When it came to dietary restrictions, talking with Nadine was easy - she was knowledgeable about what would be considered vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free. I was able to customize aspects of our menu in order to make sure all my guests could have a full plate. Happy bride with a full stomach ?

    Delicious steak and excellent staff! Service was above and beyond expectations and the steaks were fantastic! Will be back when we travel through MN!
