    It's either a hit or miss with this place. Some experiences are great, others it's like there are toddlers working in the back. You either get what you ordered, or they decide for you.

    I have have the McDonalds app and love it for mobile coupons and my coffee punch card. I've convinced a lot of others to download it just for free coffee!

    Its McDonalds. All that there is to love and hate. Good customer service at this one.

    Because you never give napkins, straws, or salt and pepper. You literally have to ask for it Everytime in the drive thru. Never fails... That's not customer service, but rather careless neglect of customers needs when eating on the go. As a corporation, you make to much money to care about true customer satisfaction
