Fantastic BBQ! We tried the pulled pork sandwiches with all the sides. Everything was delicious, the smoked cauliflower, the mac n cheese, the slaw and french fries- I normally don’t prefer crinkle cut but these were good and crunchy😛. Caught them twice at the Green Door in Beaver Bay. The service was not only very friendly but super fast.

Delicious! From a food truck but the beef and pork sandwiches were so good! The fries were a tad over seasoned but the smoked cauliflower was great!

Always excellent food. New and exciting specials. True northwoods bbq like you won’t find anywhere else. Baptism River Barbecue- BRB. Once you try it you’ll Be Right Back. 😁

Had no idea that it was a food truck, guess I didn't do my research.
I had the sausage, pork belly burnt ends and the cauliflower.
My wife had the Lexington sandwich with pulled pork and coleslaw.
My wife loved the sandwich and I really enjoyed the sausage. The pork belly burnt ends were a bit fatty and had the feel that they were scraped out of the bottom of the pot. The smoked cauliflower was tasty and overall it was very tasty.
Not a fan of food trucks though and eating in the car, taking it home or finding a spot at the two picnic tables with flies buzzing around you. Like I said, I should've done better research, my bad.
Worth trying though and not too expensive.

P.S.: get here early, by 530pm almost all sides were out and just after 6pm they closed shop.

The best barbecue that you will find along the North Shore! I got the pulled pork sandwich made with locally sourced meat and enjoyed the rich, smoky flavors of the sandwich. A great place to stop for anyone visiting Lake Superior or just craving some well-cooked food and great atmosphere.
