Jimmy John's

I've ordered from here only a couple of times, and each time, they've forgotten something on the order. The first time it was a drink, the second was the pickle sides for both sandwiches. The food is fine, they came back and delivered the forgotten items both times, but only after I called and said something. The delivery times are also not the greatest. Waiting an hour for a meal isn't ideal, especially when they have to return with forgotten items.

I will continue to order from here, but pending on the service of quality, that may change.

Make sure you specify what size you want when you order. I ordered 3 ham and cheese slims and got 3 giants, when I wanted the small 8 inch ones for my kids! I wondered why my total seemed large.
My sandwich and my husband’s sandwich were perfect but then after we got home realized all theee of the slims didn’t have cheese!!! ?? just ham!
The manager did give me a refund for the wrong size sandwiches, but what a boring sandwich for the kids.

I can't believe those negative reviews. My Order was delivered freaky fast as promised and was the best sandwich I have had at any Jimmy John's location. I am in Hutchinson every Thursday and will be a regular custome . Keep up the good work!!

Since they are a new location, the drive thru is busy. One couple went in and waited 15 minutes before getting their food without being told they would be waiting. We were told there would be a wait and also waited 15 minutes for three sandwiches. There goes the freaky fast service.
Maybe people in town knew what day they opened, but anyone else did not.
Sandwiches are same as all other Jimmy John's - yet here they were not marked very clear - which would be helpful when you get them to go.
