    Sarah is one of a kind! So welcoming and what a pleasure to get to know! I love coming in here ! Red Door and seeing Sarah is a GREAT way to start my day! She is very knowledgeable and can answer all my questions that I have! I highly recommend stopping in ! You wont be disappointed! ❤

    A great addition to the community. A fun place with great staff, and the best Shakes and Energy Teas! Oh and the protein balls are out of this world good!!!!

    I love coming here! It’s a good quick stop to get you a healthy shake & tea for any time of the day! I get FOMO when I can’t make it 🤣 the specials are always good & I love Sarah’s energy! She’s so funny & makes my day better when I can make it there!

    Great service and nutrition. If you need help with a weight loss diet/program they are give you all the help you need, all while making new friends. The teas and shakes are delicious and you need to try it out!
