    Excellent place to stay. Everything was so nice, including the restaurant. Food was excellent along with pricing. The only minor issue we had was the tv picture was very dark and it couldn't be adjusted.

    Great hotel! The rooms were nice and clean! Great ambiance. The room decor and colors were even nice! Beds are pretty good too. I’d rather stay here than the casino!

    It was annoying that we booked a room and they couldn't figure out how to give us the lakefront room. We were even willing to pay for the up charge if that was the case! But it was a pretty nice room. The restaurant food is expensive and just meh

    We received a complimentary room from Grand Casino. Check in at 4p we ere there at 4p they were checking in guest before and after us! We waited over 1 1/2 hours. The front desk gentleman was not the least bit friendly. Should not be a delay because it was " complimentary" because in reality we "paid" for it before hand in casino spending.
    The bar & patio was great. Very nice server. They need to work on the room balcony cobwebs/Spiderwebs. It wouldn't take much. I have stayed in many hotels with balconies with no issue.
