This is my favorite pet store! Ever since they opened in Austin, I have not had to make the longer and more expensive trips to dirty and unprofessional pet stores in Rochester. This store is full of friendly employees. There has not been a time where I wasn't greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. I came here last year in September during their grand opening sale and ended up taking my first baby leopard gecko home. He dropped his tail while an employee was picking him up out of the tank and they, very kindly, offered me a discount on him (on top of the opening sale discount!) and a reptile antibiotic on them, and for a few weeks after, the employees remembered me and continued to ask how my boy was doing. I loved him and the store so much that I returned in November and bought another LG from them, another boy, and he is the sweetest - another great experience with the then manager named Shelly. A few months later, I got a baby bearded dragon from the store. A very healthy blue and orange girl who is now my best friend. Shayden helped me with my beardie, he is another friendly and helpful employee. They recommend me all of the best terrariums, supplies, and the best tips for care in insuring the health and quality of life for my three reptile babies. Compared to Petco and Petsmart- the insects and feeders are way cheaper and are better quality. Keep in mind, this is still a "chain" pet store, so supplies are more expensive than Walmart or Target, but less than the above mentioned chain stores. It's smaller and they take in less animals at a time than other stores do, so there's more care and love dedicated to the animals, instead of just trying hard to sell them all so they can get the next batch of babies.
    - The one and only issue I've personally seen is that my good friend and neighbor recently brought home a baby gecko from here that was not in the best shape, he was covered in stuck shed and could barely keep his eyes open, so please remind all of your employees (most of them are always attentive and careful) to make sure and keep an eye on them and give them regular warm soaks with Shed-Ease to help with these issues, stuck shed can be very bad for reptiles.
