Mankato Brewery

Great beer, great experience. Driving through the area, I ordered crowlers online ahead of time, picked them up, and headed on my way. Friendly staff and great atmosphere - I wish I'd had time to hang around a while. Drank the beer after getting home and I was not disappointed.

The beer is good and they have a great selection for all. There is a big taproom and patio. We will be back to this brewery whenever we are in town.

We cannot say enough good about our experience at the Mankato Brewery for our wedding January 25, 2020! We planned it in under 4 weeks and even with our short notice the MB exceeded our expectations in every way. They accommodated our need for a stage, desire for games for our guests, wanting open bar for a portion of the night and beer tickets for the second half, the two different groups of people that were attending and the two different meals we were having and the several different people coming for set-up before the event. Liza, the bar manager, put me at complete ease from the very first time I met her. She was available for any questions that came to mind during the preparation and met with us more than once. She. Is. Amazing!!! Liza took care of everything and made me, as the bride, feel like that was one area I didn’t need to worry about. My guests LOVED her! I heard several people say what a great time they had, what great beer they had and what a great atmosphere the brewery had. We will continue to recommend the brewery to everyone we know!!! Better than average beer. Mr. Stout was about the best stout I've had and it's a remarkable 11.0% ABV. Friendly service. Ambiance includes a generous portion of seating inside of the brewery. Tours are available. Plenty of free parking exists. An ATM is on site. It would be nice if there were better bar snacks available.

Cool little place tucked back in an industrial area. The beer was good and we had several samples. The staff was very knowledgeable about their beers, which I always expect in a place like this, but doesn't always happen. If it gets busy I can see a need for more restrooms than the two single unisex bathrooms they have. They do have more porta potties outside, but it was below zero.
