    Friendly staff, kind and conversational. Pleasant, clean environment. The music is a little loud, but I believe it is because the upper floors of the building are under restorative construction currently. Otherwise, a great experience. As I am from the east coast, I was expecting a more dense dough in the coffee roll and apple fritters, but I believe this is a regional thing and the food was still really good though a slightly different taste and texture.

    Connected to subway so you have easy access in bad weather. Young lady who waited on us was nice but her fellow coworkers were more interested in chatting with themselves then serving customers.

    Seating inside and out with spots to charge your phone.
