    Easy to get to Mayo across the street. Shows wear and tare because must be old. Seemed clean overall but not spotless. Good room for the price.

    The hotel is older but the rooms are nice. It is quiet. Most of the people staying are patients at Mayo clinic so that's important.

    Great value! The hotel is clean, somewhat dated, and staff friendly. Access to the subway level that connects many of the Mayo Clinic buildings for lab work and procedures.

    The best thing about this hotel was the convenience of the location to the Mayo clinic. On-site parking is very expensive, so we used a nearby parking garage. The rooms could use a lot of updating and a lot of maintenance. Beds were not very comfortable and bedding seemed old. Housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating.

    It definitely is close to the hospital, but if your having an extended stay and want a kitchen, bring your own cookie sheets and the likes for cooking. We had the bare minimum as far as what we could cook with. Otherwise it's was just okay. Stuff is definitely old but nothing was broken.
