You have to try the fried mozzarella square, it's fabulous. Great atmosphere for a date night or a fancy dinner with family and friends. Happy hour specials are the way to go if you are on a budget.

The wife and I had a nice evening here with dessert (tiramisu) and drinks to wrap up a date night. The dessert was amazing and the perfect size for two. My drink of choice is an old fashioned and Terza's rendition did not disappoint! We will have to return for dinner some time!

I was in town for a conference at Mayo Clinic and chose to come here for dinner on my first night in town. Lovely ambience (definite mood lighting) and great, attentive service. When you're looking for a place with great ambiance and even better tasting food choose Terza. We ordered three different entrees and two desserts. No one was disappointed. They were bursting with flavor. It's an intimate, but lively place. The service was top notch. One of the top three restaurants in Rochester by vote. Google guide approved.

This place is wonderful!! Excellent food! I had a special order and it came out perfect! I highly recommend the scallops!! The shrimp pasta is incredible! The tomato basil soup is off the chain delish! My husband being half Italian growing up in NY claims the sauce is as good as his mother's. Hands down best Italian food in MN. When we had a issue with a gift card management promptly fixed it, going above and beyond.
