I'm not a vegetable guy at all but the squash soup is worth a try. Nice cafe vibe going on and the staff is friendly. Finding somewhere to park can be tricky but you won't have to go far. Give it a try.

Only one restaurant worth visiting around Mayo. Their smoothies are excellent and dishes above average. All healthy and freshly made. I like how the tea is served there. Both people working were friendly and attentive.

Wonderful food (and coffee ????) and many healthy options to choose from for those with dietary restrictions!! With close proximity to the clinics and St. Mary's hospital, having options like this available is a great choice.

Friendly service and LOTS of gluten free, vegetarian, or vegan options. I had the breakfast hash vegan style for $15 and it was perfect. I got a fresh pressed carrot apple juice for $8 that I did not finish it. It just was blah. No flavor. Oh I had gluten free toast for $3 too. Mark has the I’m Hungry for $13. His eggs were perfectly over medium. The bacon was about room temperature and the potato cakes were disappointingly mushy texture and only crisp on one side. He loved his cranberry toast! I would come back.

We are here for my sister to have surgery at Mayo. This is the place if you like fresh juice combinations as well as smoothies. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options. Their winter stew is amazing! The decor is great, service is quick friendly and knowledgeable. Several specials each day. Coastal Sunshine is my favorite juice with orange,lemon,lime and carrots. They will make it fresh but they also keep some in a cooler you can grab quickly. Directly across from St Mary’s Hospital you can also have it delivered through Door Dash directly to your hotel room door. Give it a try, you will love it!
