    My husband and I stopped in for a bite to eat early this afternoon after we finished camping at Glendalough. I loved the name Lake Dog Deli, and I’m sure glad we gave it a try- really amazing hoagies and yummy home made giardiniera pepper mix. Pro tip: you can eat on the deck on Sunday morning and get your fill of outdoor Lutheran church while filling your belly!

    Great food, great service, and great people! 10/10 would recommend. Make sure you try the French toast breakfast sandwich.

    Give this place a try. This store is under new ownership as of June 2019. The store on the main floor is adorable...gifts, crafts, clothes. The deli below is quite good. They make food fresh. They have breakfast sandwiches, and their homemade cinnamon Minnie's are incredible...little chunks of apple. Lunch sandwiches, a full menu of coffee drinks...even wine and beer. I was really impressed...and think you will be too. Oh...and these people...just good people. Friendly like crazy. They are doing it right.
