    Wow,! We met our Son in Detroit Lakes for his birthday and wanted to have a special dinner. Spankys did not disappoint. This was probably the best dinner we've all had in a long time. We all had steak, New York, Filet Mignon, cooked to perfection, salads and sides were perfection, and the staff was outstanding. It is no wonder the place was packed!

    The best dining experience in a 100 mile radius. Most freshest and amazing food in the upper Midwest.

    Food was delicious, as always! Service was excellent as well. Owner, Josh, always makes time to stop by and say hello. Always a great dining experience at Spanky's!

    My third time here. Has always been delicious & good service. Lots of character in the building. However, the popovers were cold & I would rather reheat popovers the next day than to eat them fresh & cold. Not good.
