Friendly staff greeted me with a smile and they all wished me a good weekend even if they didnt help me. Also my nitro highrise was great!

Very crowded... quite popular. Line was very long. Need more staff at rush hour. But the staff was working very hard and efficiently. Some of the drink orders were quite complicated though. Didn't think you could specify that much in a latte. A great place.

Jordan was absolutely amazing and provided exceptional customer service today with my drinks! I am a huge fan of this location due to the workers. Gina the Manager, Jordan, and the rest of the Staff rock! Thanks for making drinks in an expedited manner that is on point no matter how busy the facility is.

It's caribou need I say more, but I will. They always have fun trivia to give you a discount on your order. I do the order ahead and pick it up (on the app once you make an account). Coffee breed changes daily, meaning some days they have a dark roast some days they have light roast. Good flavor coffee, it is not bitter.

I would recommend for the coffee drinkers that don't like straight coffee:
Iced mocha with almond milk, dark chocolate

For the non coffee drinkers:
Peach black sparkling tea with a shot of raspberry.

I met up with three lady friends and we sat on the patio drinking our coffee and chatting....it was a Beautiful morning to be outside!!
The girl behind the counter was very friendly and helpful with my purchase!!
I liked the layout of this Caribou shop with little nooks and crannies to sit visiting with someone more privately!
I ordered a dark roast coffee with cream and also a ???? Goldfish shaped cookie that was so cute for $2.99!! I gave this to my Grand-Daughter for a Treat on her Birthday!!
