    Always blended well, always hot enough, no complaints! The staff is very friendly and helpful as well, as attentive as possible. Everything tastes great and was made in a nice timely fashion. I like the location and the pricing as well.

    Customer service was on point. Love the employees. They were great and kind when interacting with customers. Tried to get me with their promotion and it was nice and they almost convince me.

    I have been a Caribou devotee since they first opened in the early 90s. Personal favorite: caramel high-rise latte. Yum! I just wish they were in New York, where I live now!

    I definitely like Caribou, I just wish they would put out drinks that were really tasty and sugar/fat free. 700-1100 calories for a flavored coffee is absolutely insane.
    Come on guys and gals...there's enough people who would like sugar/fat free excellent tasting drinks. I know I would go there more often.

    This location is wonderful, they make my drink right EVERY SINGLE TIME and this morning when I went in they made a bit extra and just poured it into another cup and told me to have it. Great customer service! Made my morning ????
