The Brothers Bistro

Nice local restaurant with some great food! The owner served us and was extremely friendly and offered his genuine recommendations after listening to my food tastes.

My colleague hst I was with (we were having a business lunch and he is the one that suggested this new place for he had been here previously) is a vegetarian. He ordered a breakfast wrap. I was impressed that the owner remembered that he was a vegetarian and let my colleague know that what he ordered did have meat in it and if he still wanted it without it or if he wanted something else. What a wonderful gesture!

I got an amazing shrimp fettuccine with a Cajun Alfredo sauce. The shrimp were good, not necessarily great but well above what I was expecting. But what made this dish for me was the outstanding Cajun seasoned creamy Alfredo sauce. Absolutely delicious!! Broccoli was cooked perfectly to my taste, not too crunchy but not too soft either.

Overall I was very pleased with my whole experience. I would recommend this little local Bistro and will be coming back with my family for sure.

Fast friendly service, large portions at reasonable prices, and great coffee and iced tea.

The booths are a little crowded for four people especially for bigger folks.

The booth size is a 0.1 reduction that the quality of the food and service more than made up for it!

Had the "pulled pork hash" was great. Atmosphere is bright and comfortable. Love it. Geronimo is a great Guy. PS he's looking for staff.
