Boca Chica | Restaurante Mexicano & Cantina

I celebrated my nomination today in this delicious restaurant. happy to tell that it was a wonderful evening and the place was clearly one of the reasons for the strong celebration. The crew collaborated in a graceful way, the cuisine was extremely good and my friends were so thrilled. We shall absolutely come back again for more events. thanks very much.

We tried Boca Chica for the first time a few weeks ago and maybe because it had been so hyped up, we thought it was fine. The service was excellent. The variety of food options was impressive, but everything we ordered was pretty basic that you could get just about anywhere. The one thing we did all agree on was that the sopa was amazing.

Food was pretty good but server said it was not spicy. For our palates it was. Soup was not as good as we have had at other Mexican restaurants in the area. Nice atmosphere. Prices a little higher than expected.

Lunch buffet had a lot of options but was lacking for flavor. The decor and the margaritas were pretty good tho. There's a patio for the warmer months which is always nice to find!

An outstanding lunch buffet with flavourful foods, good service and reasonable prices. The lunch buffet has the usual tacos, enchiladas, Spanish rice, stews and salad. Although the selection is smallish compared to official buffet restaurants, the foods are excellent. The best dishes are the stews with chicken and corn and the enchiladas, in my opinion, as most of the normal Mexican chain restaurants are unable to recreate the good flavours from this restaurant. I am feeling hungry right now as I write this review as they are that good.
