LifeCafe - Highland Park

LifeCafe is a very nice place to eat. They serve healthy and organic foods. The staff is friendly and professional! In the building that they are located is the Life Time Gym and The Wells Fargo Bank. The Lund's supermarket is across the street 2 to 300 hundred feet away. You can see it from this restaurant! Besides serving food, you can buy bottled water, vitamins, protein bars,protein powder and healthy snacks etc! So it is a restaurant and a small Health food store, a combination of both! I really like their shakes and smoothies and the healthy salads they serve! However, there is much more to this place. They use no artificial ingredients in their food! They serve healthy caged free eggs, grass feed beef on some of their items, they also use excellent flour, that is bleach free and they have pizza too! Their sandwiches are excellent! They have all kinds of omeletttes that is on their menu! If you work out at the gym in that building, after your workout this is a good place to refuel!! Enjoy!!

I'm rating lifetime fitness as 4 stars. They'd get 5 if they had an ab-wheel.

Also, it would be nice if they didn't up-charge to use different locations. A membership at the YMCA can be used at any YMCA location in the country, yet at lifetime you have to pay extra to use a different location in the city, they're not nationwide, and they're significantly more expensive than the YMCA.

And the YMCA has an ab-wheel.

I ordered via Amazon Restaurants. Flawless execution of delivery. Just 39 minutes! No complaints on the organic food. Flatbread. Yum. Mitch, the in store manager is a fine guy. Very polite people. Amazon delivery is right on the money -- dependable! I don't know if LifeCafe themselves deliver. You'd have to call. My entire order was accomplished via the computer and Amazon. No complaints. Go for it!

I used to love the soba noodles but am sad ☹️ that it is no longer on the menu.
