TL;DR - Incredible food, even better service.

I have been coming to Louis for years for special occasions, so when I got a large promotion it was no exception.

My wife and I came during a relatively slow night when it is easy for staff to become lax and inattentive - but this was not how the Louis staff functioned. Our server, Kate, was incredibly attentive - but more than that, she was genuine and sincere. I have never been able to afford a Tomahawk Steak, but when I asked if it was worth it she endorsed it fully, but also compared it to the other options and provided genuine pros and cons.

Ultimately I went with the Tomahawk Steak, wanting to fully treat myself and experience something decadent, but I was nervous that it wouldn't live up to my expectations (or the cost). The executive chef, who I am told is named Josh, cooked the steak to absolute perfection, justifying why I continue to choose Louis for celebrating special occasions.

Our appetizer of fruit, bread and cheese was incredible, and my wife absolutely loved her salmon. (She never finishes her whole meal, but she did this time!) And of course, the delicious desserts!

Service was great, atmosphere was great, food was amazing. One of the few places in town that knows how to cook a lobster, as well as pasta. Best lasagna I've ever had. Prices are more than fair for the quality of the experience. I can't wait to come back in the warmer seasons for the rooftop bar.

Delicious food. Nice atmosphere. Accommodating parking attendant. Okay wait service. Forgot side orders and by the time they were received I was done with my meal. They did comp the sides without prompting, which was nice and would typically be expected in this scenario.

Came here to celebrate with my wife and some of her co-workers and love the whole experience! Amazing, friendly service with plenty of staff, plenty of seating on the roof top bar and helpful recommendations. Our server was very attentive and didn't steer us wrong with her recommendations. The drinks were delicious and better than similar drinks I've had elsewhere, the food was so fresh and the perfect temp, tasting amazing! For the happy hour prices too you cannot go wrong. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place and can't wait to go back and try more from the menu! Highly recommend coming here!

This was my first time visiting this establishment. I was a little early and ordered a bourbon old fashioned. I must say it was fantastic! The restaurant was very clean, well decorated, and very cozy. The wine list was expansive and the menu many choices. It was difficult to choose but I decided on the Tiger Pawns and was very pleased with my decision. After dinner I had a espresso which was delightful. I certainly plan to have dinner there again.
