Pho Pasteur

Amazing food and service, everything came out very quickly and at all the right temps. Very impressed! Super recommended.

I love their menu selection and the Pho was just a delight. Their fresh spring rolls are one of my fave! Service can be a bit slow at times so I knocked off a star. Just come before or after the rush sets in, or order for pick up instead. Don't forget to try their premade desserts in the fridge by the counter if you're a feeling adventurous. It mostly appeals to Asian palate like mine but trust me, their caramel custards are bomb!!

Really good food, not so great service. Had to wait a long time for food/drinks/check the first time I went (there were only a couple tables around - they weren't busy), but the food was really delicious. I've gotten takeout from them a couple times since and it's A+. Good noodles, delicious broth, wide variety of options. And bubble tea slushes! Definitely a place to get takeout rather than sit down.

Pho Pasteur has a parking lot, bright and clean restaurant space, and delicious, reasonably priced food. The owners are kind and generous, and sincerely want all customers to be happy with their meals. We’ve been three times in the last few weeks, and will continue to eat here.

Very nice family-run restaurant. Clean and bright. Friendly service. More importantly, the food we had was very good and very fairly priced. Great addition to the variety of dining establishments on this section of Snelling in Midway.
