Red River Kitchen at City House

You looped us around twice. More precise directions would be to park in the Chestnut Street parking lot, walk toward the river and follow walkway about one block. Red River Kitchen will be on the Left

We visited on a Wednesday. It's a little tucked away, so first timers might have a little difficulty finding it. The food is food truck fare and it shows. I've yet to be impressed by a food truck experience. We had the Walleye Po' Boy and the Pork Belly sliders and felt like they were both overprice for what they were. The atmosphere was really nice, though, and our daughter loved seeing all the dogs that came from the dog park down the way. If you like craft beer, though, I'm sure you'll love this place.

We plan on coming back to try some other food. Hopefully their other offerings are a little better.

Amazing scenery and fantastic food. I had the pork sliders (I think that's what they were called) and they were unbelievable. Came with kettle chips. I thought there could have been a littlr more meat on the sandwiches, especially for the price, but I am also from out of town, so maybe it's just the city costs? Still it was great food.

I generally do not like"food truck" food, but Red River Kitchen is different, maybe because the food truck never moves. The food is really quite tasty, send portions seem a bit larger than the average food truck. The atmosphere at City House is exceptional. It is family, dog, bike friendly with unparalleled views of the river. I highly recommend it.

Great atmosphere on the river! The food was great but was very small portions for the cost. I wish the large barges were not up against the break wall because they are eliminating the view of the river pretty much entirely. But we would come back.
