The owner is a super great guy, and the food is outstanding. Can't say enough good things, you have to try this place out.

(January 6, 2021, 2:08 pm)By far one of my favorite ice cream places in St.Paul! The Franklin is my favorite! You can customize to your liking! Also, Rico has the best breakfast sandwiches, definitely make sure to stop by!
UPDATE: Has variety of Breakfast sandwiches that are all delicious! Smelled so good couldn’t wait to bite into it! -

He’s has a great knowledge of products, and what customers need (which include gluten free options). You given nostalgia of a time when you’d ask your parents for money; simply to go chase down the “ice cream man” lol! Rico has now expanded his menu to fit the changing season, and its need! Rico’s is now a all day breakfast cafe. So whether you’re running late for work, need a quick lunch, and or simply just want breakfast for dinner Rico‘s has it all! Don’t be afraid to stop by, say hi, and treat yourself to a sundae, breakfast sandwich: or you can be like me; and get a combination of both! I promise you won’t regret!
