    Depends on which Subway in Alexandria MN you go to. I recommend the one in Broadway Street over the other ones. The staff is nice and they treat you BETTER. I wouldn't recommend the one by Fleet Farm at all. They have poor management and rude employees.

    Ernest is the man! I've read the other reviews; CLEARLY the employees at this store (in the past) have been set up to fail and needed training. HOWEVER, one guy - Ernest - is the exception. If the company doesn't invest in him, they are making a huge mistake.
    The day I visited, he was left to work the entire day - open to close - on his own. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and he worked hard to make up a mistake I had made on my online order. I've only seen employees like him on that Undercover Boss show. I truly hope he lands an episode.
    As I exited the restaurant, I told the couple walking in that they are in good hands in there, to which they replied, "I know, right? I love this guy (referring to Ernest)!"
