Went to the new Tori Ramen last night after work and could not have been more impressed. The scallop crudo and cured monkfish had incredible depth of flavor. Then were surpassed in depth by far by their ramen counterparts. The duck, shoyu, Korean egg drop, and Bali Bali ramens each had their own great flares. We'll (the In Bloom crew) undoubtedly be coming back after work many times. It's a wonderful space with even more wonderful food.
The togarashi, kimchi, and hot sauce were are incredible. I can't say enough about the staff and Chef in how willing they were to walk us through the menu and guide our choices. We (the In Bloom crew) will undoubtedly be back many times as they're open until 12am most nights. They specifically said they made a conscious choice to be open that late to have a place for industry people to come. It couldn't have been a better hang.
