Absolutely awesome. Very knowledgeable. Did I mention the beer is very tasty. Brew your beer and learn how it is made at the same time. Makes a great date night
If you like home brew without all the mess, Vine Park is the place for you.
Great group of people that work there! They are very knowledgeable about their beer and wine. I highly recommend Vine Park if you are looking to brew beer and wine.
One of the make your own beer places around the twin cities. It's a great way to have fun, learn about beer, meet new people, and get great tasting cheap beer.
All you need do is sign up with some friends and/or family, I suggest a group of 4, then you go brew it up under the supervision of those that run the place, and 2 weeks later you bottle it and get a ton of beer. It comes out to 72 22oz bottles.
If you can't get the numbers, another way is called the Tuesday night brew party. Many many people, I think close to 24, split 6 batches of beer and that is around 24 bottles per person. 4 bottles of each brewed beer.
Overall, a very fun experience and great way to get beer. They also sell growlers if you are interested.
My wife found Vine Park online and through it would be a great idea to brew some beer for an upcoming party. The two of us went to the St. Paul Brewery to learn how to brew beer and make beer for our party, and we ended up leaving with much more.
The environment at Vine Park Brewery is more about fun then it is beer. It was a great opportunity to socialize and everyone was extremely friendly. Two weeks later it was time to bottle the beer and the group of strangers decided to order pizza while enjoying some of our newly brewed beer - Awesome.
I highly recommend the Black Magic Imperial Stout if you like Dark Beers, or the Daredevil Ale if you don't. I will defiantly be returning once my current stock is gone.
