I went to Bear Nutrition for the first time today and Katie was nothing but a cheerful and helpful sweetheart. I’m quite sick and also have UC. Katie made me a wonderful tea for my cold and made recommendations for shakes since often times food makes me very sick right now. I’ll definitely be back. Keep up the hard work, Katie!

Helpful staff. If asked about preferences, they will give their favorites, which is helpful to decide if going for a new flavor. The Lit Teas are awesome!

Location is great! Very appealing to the eyes when you first walk in and the staff is very welcoming! I find that when given so many delicious options I get overwhelmed easily; the employees were quick to help breakdown what you’re looking for and suggesting the perfect drink for you! The shake I had was on point! This is a place where anyone of all ages would love and appreciate.

There is a wonderful new business in the White Bear Lake community...Bear Nutrition. It is family owned and the employees are friendly and very knowledgeable of the products. My favorite shake is their Nutter Butter and I love the Mango Tea! When in White Bear Lake make sure and stop in for a refreshing experience. I highly recommend Bear Nutrition!

I recently started to finally work on my fitness goals. As part of my routine, I stop in Bear Nutrition after a workout a couple times a week and either get the Mango/Peach tea or the Captain America smoothie. Everything there is deliciously refreshing, and helps to provide the necessary nutrition for a quick physical recovery. It also keeps me from caving in to my post-workout cravings!

The store is family operated and all of its employees are part of the White Bear community. It gets my highest recommendation in terms of quality for both their service and products.
