    World class cheese aged in their own cave system. Try the Jeff's Select Gouda.

    The cheese was EXCELLENT and that is why we made the drive. Really, all of the food was stupendous and I would give it 5 star all day. However, they were under staffed and not trained well. We had a couple of the local beers which were excellent and a few glasses of their house Chardonnay. We had the large Sample Platter, two different dips and the flat bread. It took over 2 hours. It is a quaint store on the main drag downtown and has a great ambiance. If you are open to ordering a sample of cheeses to go you will not be disappointed. FYI, there is no cave at this location! ????

    Favorite stop in Faribault. Excellent cheeses, pizza, and everything else. Great service and squeaky clean.

    Great place to have lunch. The food was great and fairly priced. The history of the cheese cave is neat. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. The restaurant is clean and has some of their cheese for sale along with other gifts. I would go back again.

    Great cheeses and a really good story. We purchased oodles of cheese and it was all great. They also have unique varieties you can’t get anywhere else. Highly recommended!
