“Extremely friendly, and fun staff with a BEAUTIFUL patio with heaters, volleyball court, bags, and a fire pit for the colder weather. Absolutely loved the very thin crust on the brick oven pizza! Made it light and crispy with the toppings and cheese being the star of the show. Deep fried pickles were very tasty in spite of a few sticking together before frying. Was impressed by the amount of business for a Wednesday and the overall happiness of both the staff and patrons! Really enjoyed our visit and would definitely visit again!”

“This place never disappoints! Bf and I love this spot. Great pho, eggrolls, potstickers, and the tangy chicken was juicy and had great flavor. Staff/cooks are super attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Han came out personally to ask how we liked our food and even offered us more spice. The chili oil they use ads a flavor that is way better than the Sriracha most chain places use. Can't recommend their food enough!”

“I'm drawn here because their baked items are made fresh each day and - handcrafted breads and pastries without preservatives. That’s remarkable in today’s world. You can pick up day-old baked items at reduced prices; but I prefer to go early and buy what’s fresh out of the oven. Nothing tastes as good as that. It’s nice for lunches, too. The Café Selection, especially sandwiches, use the bread they make and fill them with tasty combinations. It’s an ideal spot to take your children, catch up with friends, or as I do, host a business coffee, and/or often get something to go. Check out the community table – it really shows great support and loyalty to local residents. The pastry section, since I am such a scone connoisseur, is my favorite. There is no missing the “just-baked” flavor that makes them worth the calories. Every time I’m there I see people buying their caramel nut rolls – only my mom’s recipe beats them 😊. There are made with lots of butter and are chucked full of caramel. While you can purchase them with & without nuts, we prefer the nut version. It’s also very nice that these and many other items re for sale and in both mini and large sizes. The staff are vey friendly, this is something that I find is more common in small towns. I enjoy the chat about menu options, how the food is made, the baking schedule, and why they are so proud of their coffee. Check out this video where I’m filming, and the bakers are so pleasant and waving so friendly. It's a easy to go place for people with wheelchairs. You can enter in the back parking lot and not have to deal with any stair steps or ramp.”

“Legitimately the best food I have ever had. If you are like me, you have been eating food your whole life. Well if that's the case then you need to try Taco Bien. The flavor, price, selection and service are all outstanding. Any time something new is added to the menu I must try it. Order early and order often. Locally sourced ingredients with a focus on sustainability and all containers are compostable! Can no wait to see what the future holds for them! “If you are anywhere near Faribault, GO HERE. My two sisters and I did on the recommendation of a friend and we could not be more delighted with our delicious experience at Crack of Dawn Bakehouse. Chris and Lori (owners/bakers) are hardworking and terrifically talented, and their staff could not be nicer or more helpful. The food here is absolutely the BEST. We found ourselves saying, "This is the best ________ I've ever tasted" for every item we dove into. We highly recommend the things we had, which were: any flavor quiche on the menu, any of their bread loaves, the cookies (OMG), the caramel pecan rolls and cinnamon rolls (OMG AGAIN), "Nana's Sandwich," specially prepared coffees and teas, and, well, I just can't imagine that anything on their incredibly cute menu board could be any less than those items we devoured. I wish I had photos of the food but quite honestly, we inhaled it too fast for a photo op (and you just have to TASTE it; photos do not do it justice). Just GO.”
