Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

As I walked into Freddy's. I looked over the dining rm. I was wondering where I could sit , all tables were taken . with people already in line to order . But the cashier was fast ( courteous ) in a reasonable time my order came up . ( A Double Bacon Cheeseburger combo w/ fries and a soda . w/ a Frozen Custard Concrete Reese's cup and Banana mix ) the diner reminded me of an old fashioned Ice Cream Parlor . the kitchen was open bay VERY well kept clean. The food was " HOT " and Filling !!!!! An overall pleasant dining experience .

This was the absolute best burger ive had in awhile! The atmosphere is great with good music and nice clean tables and floors. The staff were great, corteous and polite, and very helpful. Worth the money spent with good deals for kids. The food is just amazing, so i definitely recommend this tasty burger and custard spot at this location. 2 thumbs up!

I just finished my first meal from Freddy's. I was excited to try a new burger place (though I know it's only new to me). I ordered the California style double with everything on it and got a small water with it.

Let me start this off by saying the food wasn't bad. But with that said it has one major issue for me. IT'S SO SALTY. The fries were well done and the burger was as well, but never in my life of going to different burger joints have I had a meal with so much salt in it that it felt like my tongue was dissolving.

Im glad I had gotten a water to drink because that helped a lot. I really wanted to like the food and I could tell that if there was less salt in the food it would be excellent. If they can fix this (I'm not sure if it was an accident or that's just how the seasoning is) I'd love to eat here again. But until then, I don't think my body can handle what felt like a years worth of salt.

I had seen them in Kansas but never stopped in before. When attending a meeting in Savage we went there for lunch. The service was fast and friendly. Prices seem about average to similar places. Burger was excellent! Perfectly juicy and seasoned and well put together. Will be back if the opportunity presents itself. Hopefully they open one in Rochester.
