Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

They have a fantastic chicken stripe melt that I would reccomend to everyone that goes there for lunch or dinner. But their breakfast is some of the best around since we are running out of diners. Definitely would recommend for the whole family.

I went to Perkins for carbs and I got exactly what I expected. However, I need to mention my server, Jeff F. I came in on a Saturday morning with 15 month old. I'm pregnant so I just start naming things off to Jeff that I want and he's nodding while saying "of course" and "absolutely we can do that". That pleased me, my toddler, and the bump. Jeff suggested I do the Build a Breakfast because it would be the most economical way of getting everything I'm asking for (and then some). This is very considerate and shows knowledge of the menu. I appreciated this very much. He could see my toddler was getting fussy so he brought out my pancakes as they were ready so I could distract her. He stopped by JUST as I was thinking I needed him every time (refill, napkins...) and was overall just very accommodating and nice. Jeff cares about his job and sounds like everyone appreciates him there. It's unfortunate for Savage they only get him twice a week, but it's fortunate for other location that he's full time.
