Staff is very friendly and welcoming to people not familiar with the cuisine. Food is great.

I was expecting a Somali restaurant like this in MN. This restaurant has everything when it comes taste, cleanness and reception. The two great gentlemen knows how make happy for the customers. Keep it up guys.

Their food is so delicious and is they are very respectful and even if it’s a closing time they are willing to help you. I start buying from them a food about 4 month untill now I haven’t seen one single issue that I can say it I can give it to them 5 ⭐️ proudly that the best keep it up and everyone should try it. Mashahallah! One of THE BEST halal restaurants in Shakopee. Staff was friendly and courteous. They explained me their menu and gave me good suggestions. Food was OUR OF THIS WORLD good and spicy. LOVED IT !!! DEFINITELY COMMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!

I tried Rugsan for the first time today and first noticed that the restaurant looked very nice and clean inside. I tried various items that the friendly employees recommended and everything was delicious. My favorite thing was that, unlike other Somali restaurants, they make their fried foods fresh, instead of warming it up in the microwave. The food here was some of the best I’ve ever had and I will definitely be returning.
