(November 15, 2019, 4:34 pm)4 stars for the pizza, 2 stars for the service. I always do take out and every time I go in there, no one ever greets you, asks you what you’re waiting for, nothing. They walk around and ignore any waiting customers until you stand at the front desk and wave at someone in the back. The teenagers working there need to be better trained on how to pay attention to customers, even when they’re busy. There is no urgency among employees here. Great pizza though! Prices are very reasonable as well.

(June 23, 2019, 1:13 am)How have we not known about Pizza Factory before now?! This was our first time going and we will be back for sure. The pizza, cheesebread, salad and pasta were fantastic. You can't beat the prices as well. Great atmosphere. Thank you Pizza Factory!!
