    We had the bbq brisket, beans and chop slaw. They claim to smoke their own briskets all day. The brisket was on the dry side and the flavor was mild. This was my first time dining at this restaurant. While I would rate the BBQ is average the atmosphere was uplifting and staff/service was good.

    Party of 13 on a busy evening. Excellant food with friendly, exceptional wait staff. Didn't take as long as I thought it would to get our food. A variety from salads to entrees at our table and all enjoyed.

    Chow has great employees! They go above and beyond to serve customers. They also support the community in many ways. That is one of the reasons I continue to come back. My favorite thing on the menu is the salmon. But they also have good happy hour specials if you can make it before 6PM. Bring the kids on Tuesday for specials and the incredible balloon artist. Happy to support a great business in Elk River!

    All 4 of us were very pleased with our meals. My steak was cooked the way I wish I could do on my own grill, perfect. All the staff was as pleasant as could possibly be . Thanks again Marco, your team surpassed all my expectations. Best yet is you're 3 blocks away.

    Amazing food as always! Went last night for happy hour. Sat outside by the fire and enjoyed a delicious meal. They messed up on our pizza, but the manager and waitress came out to explain. Comped is on our pizza! Very professional and great atmosphere
